I’m Vijay Sohni, a marathoner and proud Comrades Marathon finisher who discovered running later in life. Like many beginners, I started with doubts, challenges, and plenty of mistakes—which is exactly why I understand what new runners truly need.
Over the years, I’ve combined my personal journey with professional expertise. I’m a:
